We search for venues that genuinely fit your story, check availability, place tentative holds, and bring together a set of trusted vendors already aligned to your vision and budget.
We shape a styling direction that feels like you, supported by mock-ups so you can see your day taking form before it even begins.
With one revision round and clear, guided steps to lock everything in, you walk away with a complete plan that removes the noise and gives you momentum. It’s not just planning made easier — it’s planning made purposeful.
dESIGN & cOORDINATION

The key elements are booked. Your venue, catering and core suppliers are secured. Now it is time to bring everything together in a way that feels completely you.
Our Design and Coordination Package is created for couples who have laid the foundation but want creative direction and strong structure to elevate it all. We begin with a deep brainstorm session in our design studio or online, where we refine your vision into a cohesive styling concept that feels intentional and aligned.
Through floorplans, curated moodboards and styling mock ups, we connect every element of your day. If there are still a few suppliers to secure, we guide you through those final pieces to ensure everything works seamlessly together.
Once the design is confirmed, we step into full coordination. We create your detailed runsheet, communicate with suppliers, confirm logistics and oversee the entire day, managing styling, set up and timeline flow.

Day of Coordination
Investment: $1,195.00
This package is perfect for couples who have planned their wedding themselves but want professional support to bring everything together on the day.
One month prior, we step in and take over the logistics. We create your detailed runsheet based on everything you have planned and connect with all vendors and your venue to ensure everyone is aligned and clear on timings, access and responsibilities.
On the wedding day, we are there from start to finish. Managing suppliers, guiding the timeline and quietly handling anything that arises behind the scenes so you and your families can fully relax.

This package includes DIY styling set up, provided it is manageable by one coordinator.
